Emilia Viberg possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Millog Oy since May 2018, after previously holding roles such as HR Specialist and HR Assistant within the same company. Prior to Millog, Emilia worked at Metso Shared Services Oy in various capacities from 2013 to 2015, including HR Trainee and HR Administrator, focusing on recruitment and learning and development initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as an HR Specialist at Stora Enso, where responsibilities included payroll and employment management, and positions in ledger-keeping and recruitment training. Emilia holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tampere, along with a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences from the University of Lapland.
