Han Gust serves as Managing Partner at AGCC since June 2023, a venture focused on accelerating business growth from the GCC to global markets. In addition to this role, Han holds the position of Managing Director and Partner at Million Ventures, a venture studio aimed at impactful entrepreneurship. Advisory roles include positions at Gems, goCAD GmbH, and Aesthetics Lab Powered by Tibbi, among others, and prior advisory engagements with Heyrecruit and Edmatrix. Han was also Chapter President of Net Impact, emphasizing social and environmental change. Previous experience includes a role in Corporate Innovation at Capgemini Invent and Imaging Modules Project Manager at UTC! GmbH. Han holds two MBA degrees from China Europe International Business School and Esade, as well as educational credentials from the University of Cologne and Technische Universität Darmstadt.
