As Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, Jackie Rice leads the integrated global legal, compliance, and employee relations teams across MillerKnoll, and plays an integral role in guiding our team to deliver innovative solutions in a responsible and purposeful way.
With over 20 years managing complex global legal matters for customer-centric brands, Jackie has extensive legal and risk management expertise, along with broad experience in corporate governance and representing and interacting with C-suite level leadership.
Throughout her career, Jackie has held several compliance and counsel leadership roles, and brings significant experience in the manufacturing and retail industries – including serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Target and Senior Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at General Motors – to her work at MillerKnoll. She joined MillerKnoll in 2019, assuming her current role, and has become an invaluable member of our leadership team.
Jackie holds a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from James Madison College, and earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
