Harvey Schaefer is a seasoned technology analyst and architect currently contributing to the Digital Innovation Team at MillerKnoll since December 2020, focusing on advancing technology through research and prototyping to enhance business processes. Previously, from March 2017 to November 2020, Harvey served as a Services Delivery Consultant and Practice Leader of the Project Management Office at Open Systems Technologies, Inc., implementing process improvements and guiding a team of project managers to elevate delivery leadership. Harvey’s diverse experience also includes roles as Design Manager at Visualhero Design, Copywriter at kantorwassink, and Marketing Specialist at MOSS Telecom. Harvey holds a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA from Grand Valley State University, and a B.A. in Sociology from Colorado College, complemented by international education at the University of Cape Town.
