Gregory Dille began their work experience in 1989 at Knoll, Inc., where they held the position of Production Manager. Gregory'srole there extended till the present. In 2021, they joined MillerKnoll as the Operations Manager.

Gregory Dille completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in General Management, from Albright College. Gregory attended the college from 2012 to 2018.
