Turner McCaffrey started their work experience as an Intern at Nix Construction/Consulting in May 2016. Turner then interned at Miller-Valentine Group from May 2017 to December 2018. In May 2019, they joined Miller Valentine Construction as an Assistant Project Manager and later became a Project Manager in April 2022.

Turner McCaffrey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Clemson University from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university. Turner McCaffrey also holds certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens from the American Red Cross and CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross. Turner also obtained the OSHA 30 certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA.
