Ian Cundiff started their work experience in 2018 as a Field Engineer at Turner Construction Company. In October 2019, they transitioned to the role of Special Projects Division Project Manager within the same company. Cundiff remained in these positions until September 2022. In September 2022, they joined Miller Valentine Construction as a Project Manager, where they are currently employed.

Ian Cundiff attended the University of Dayton from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
