Shantai Magee, MS-HRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Recruiter at Miller Integrated Solutions since January 2023. Additionally, Magee holds the position of Talent Acquisition Advisor at Waste Resource Management and serves as a Regional HR Recruiter for GardaWorld, both roles active since December 2021 and June 2020, respectively. With a background that includes a role as Driver Recruiter at Sun Coast Resources, Inc. from September 2016 to June 2019 and Human Resources Generalist at Two Dimension Preparatory Academy Charter School from August 2005 to August 2016, Magee has developed a strong foundation in HR practices. Magee completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Houston Christian University in May 2023, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University and an Associate degree from Houston Community College.
