Becky Inniger, MBA, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC since January 2022. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Physician Recruitment at ThedaCare from September 2019 to December 2021, and Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter roles at Aurora Health Care between May 2013 and January 2019. Previous roles at West Corporation involved coordinating recruitment efforts and managing the hiring process from May 2008 to May 2013. Becky's career began in the insurance industry as a Licensed Insurance Representative from September 2003 to April 2008. Becky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Marian University and is pursuing an MBA at Lakeland University, expected to graduate in 2024.
