Therese Kuester is an associate in Miller & Chevalier's International department. Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, Ms. Kuester was a judicial intern to the Honorable Timothy J. Kelly at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and an extern in the Office of Foreign Litigation and Office of International Judicial Assistance at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
