Prior positions as Associate General Counsel and Staff Attorney involved negotiating loan agreements, drafting various legal documents, and contributing to significant bond issuances. Paul Kako holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wayne State University.
