Marc Swanson is a Senior Principal at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C., with extensive experience in bankruptcy law, representing various stakeholders such as debtors, lenders, and unsecured creditors' committees in cases across Michigan and nationally. Currently, Marc serves as the lead attorney for the City of Detroit in its bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to this role, Marc gained experience as a legal intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Marc holds a Law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan, along with additional education from King's College London.
