Leslie Osborn Spada has work experience as the Vice President at Millennium Travel Nursing, a company focused on healthcare contract and full-time placement. Leslie joined the company in April 2011 and their role involved connecting healthcare facilities with nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Prior to this, they worked as a Legislative Aid in 2007.

Leslie Osborn Spada earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College from 2006 to 2009. Leslie later pursued a Master's degree at Boston College starting in 2012. Prior to college, Leslie graduated from Hingham High School in 2005.
