Alexandre Palma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alexandre began their career as a Developer at OGMA in 1992 and worked there until 1998. Alexandre then joined Migg Systems Ltd. as a Senior Application Developer, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they transitioned to Millennium Systems International, where they started as an Application Team Leader and later became a Senior Solutions Architect/Team Lead. Alexandre held these positions until at least November 2013. In 2019, Alexandre became the Owner and Chief Technology Officer at MundusSoft.

Alexandre Palma completed their secondary education at Escola Secundaria Infante D. Pedro. Alexandre attained the degree of "12 Ano" in Computer Programming in an unspecified year prior to 1990. Additionally, Palma pursued higher education at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from 2009 to 2012.
