Regina Stansfield currently serves as a Scrum Master at NexGen Data Systems, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Regina held the position of Software Test Lead at Integrated Program Solutions, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating documentation, managing integration projects, and developing risk mitigation plans. Regina has extensive experience in various software testing and project management roles, having previously worked as a Software Integration & Test Lead at Sabre Systems Inc. and as a Senior Software Tester at Spalding Consulting, Inc. Regina's career also includes positions as a Software Test Engineer, Software Test Analyst, and Technical Lead, along with considerable expertise in agile methodologies, data analytics, and mentoring team members. Regina earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Southern Maryland.
