Shinto Matthew has had a long and varied career in the business world. Shinto began their career in 1997 as a Consultant at KPMG, followed by a Consultant role at Brickhouse Software, Inc. and a Consultant role at EBS Dealing Resources. In 1998, they took on the role of President/CEO at Millennium Consultants, Inc., a position they held until 2013. Shinto then moved to PayCommerce Inc. as Executive Vice President until 2018, when they returned to Millennium Consultants Inc. as President/CEO.

Shinto Matthew attended University of Calicut from 1989 to 1991. Shinto then attended Rider University for a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in Conversational AI in Banking from CFTE.
