Dennis Schimtzek is a Software Developer at Millennium Advisors, LLC since November 2022, previously serving as a Software Engineer at Wells Fargo from July 2021 to October 2022. Academic experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at both UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the UNC Department of Physics and Astronomy, where Dennis independently learned techniques in molecular dynamics, Monte Carlo, and first principle calculations, while utilizing UNC's Longleaf supercomputing cluster for data analysis with Python. Additionally, during a summer research project with the UNC S.M.A.R.T. Program, Dennis focused on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and delivered presentations at conferences. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2021.
