Yonatan Markus is a chemical engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science degree obtained between 2015 and 2020. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Mill Street Brewery since June 2020, Yonatan previously gained valuable experience as a Student and Unit Operations Lab Assistant at the University of Toronto. Additional roles include Programs Assistant for Water Conservation & Energy Efficiency at York Region from September 2018 to August 2019, and internships at Cliantha Research Limited as a Project Management Intern and Quality Assurance Intern in the summers of 2016 and 2015, respectively.
