Erin McNeill is currently the SVP Supply Chain, Logistics, & Integration at Mill Rock Packaging and the Founder and Owner of Irons Initiatives, LLC. Erin previously worked at Ingevity as a Business Manager and Market Development Manager, and at MeadWestvaco as a Production Engineer and Process Engineer. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
