Dorsey served as VP of Construction at Micheal Harris Development and began a notable career as the Owner of Dorsey Developers, Inc., where expertise in building and developing single-family homes in Carroll and Frederick Counties, Maryland was established. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Bridgewater College, complemented by foundational studies at South Carroll High School.
