Carleigh McCormick has extensive experience in church leadership and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Team Member Development at Mill City Church since October 2024. Prior roles include Associate Pastor and Campus Coordinator at Westwood Community Church from July 2018 to November 2024, and Family & Community Manager at HopeKids, Inc. from December 2015 to July 2018. At Wooddale Church, Carleigh held several positions, including Young Adults and Gathering Associate, where oversight was provided for 27 small groups comprising 700 members. Earlier experiences include roles in volunteer development, pastoral care, and youth program management. Carleigh holds a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Bible and Theology from Bethel University.
