Amy Glick has worked in the retail industry since 1989. Amy started their career at Federated Department Stores as a Senior Buyer, where they were promoted through their buyer training program. Amy then moved to Viacom Retail Group as a Merchandise Manager and Brand Manager. After that, they worked at Clique.com as a Merchandise Manager/Buyer. In 2000, they joined Nordstrom as a Merchandise Manager of Designer and Contemporary E Commerce, where they launched Nordstrom.com and developed web strategies. In 2011, they moved to Amazon as a Buying and Merchandise Manager Retail Fashion, where they drove a 400% increase in product assortment. In 2013, they joined Full Circle as the Chief Merchant/Director of Merchandising. After that, they worked at Baby & Company as the Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy, where they drove strategy for all commerce and omnichannel integration. In 2018, they joined AG Consulting as a Senior Business Consultant, where they developed omni-channel strategies for retail businesses. Currently, they are the Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer at MilkRun, overseeing and strategizing sourcing, selection and marketing for the premier local farm delivery subscription service.
Amy Glick attended Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Marketing.
