Tressan Garcia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different companies and roles.
Starting in 2001, Tressan worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Sr. Trade Funds Analyst until 2005 when they were promoted to Assoc. Manager, Insights and Innovation.
In 2006, Tressan joined L'Oréal as a Manager, Budget and Forecasting and later transitioned to the role of Customer Marketing Manager until 2012.
From 2012 to 2014, Tressan worked as a Customer Marketing Manager at CSM Bakery Products, North America.
In 2014, Tressan joined Boots Retail USA, Inc. and served as the Retail Marketing Manager until 2015. They were then promoted to a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager - Cosmetics position, working until 2018.
Next, Tressan worked at Fresh as a Sr. Manager, Promotional Gifting from 2018 to 2020 before being promoted to Sr. Manager, Global Marketing until 2021. While at Fresh, they also held the position of Co-Chair Fresh DE&I Council from 2020 to 2021.
Currently, Tressan is employed at Milk Makeup, starting as the Director Of Brand Marketing from 2021 to 2023 before being promoted to Senior Director, Brand Marketing in 2023.
Tressan Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Morgan State University. In addition to their educational background, Tressan has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Tressan obtained the "A2E Business Fundamentals," "Management Accelerator Program," "Problem Solving," and "Business Strategy" certifications from McKinsey & Company in 2021. Furthermore, Tressan attained the "Certified Professional Category Analyst" certification from the Category Management Association in 2013.
