Anna McGorman is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and culinary leadership. Currently serving as VP of Culinary at Milk Bar since January 2018, Anna has also held positions as Senior Director for Culinary and Commercialization and Director of Culinary Operations. Prior experience includes Executive Pastry Chef at The Dinex Group under Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Sous Chef at Dominique Ansel Bakery, where sales doubled and production quadrupled. Anna began as a Pastry Cook at The Dinex Group before being promoted to Pastry Sous Chef, showcasing expertise in high-pressure restaurant environments. Anna holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
