Hank Parker has extensive experience in leadership and finance within veteran organizations. Serving as Past Idaho Department/Chapter Finance Officer for the Military Order of the Purple Heart of the U.S.A., Inc. since November 2011, Hank Parker also held the positions of Past Department of Idaho Commander and Past Chapter 509 Commander. As President of the 27th Regiment Field Artillery Association since January 2009, Hank Parker demonstrates ongoing commitment to military communities. Previously, as Executive Director at AHEC from 1992 to 1993, Hank Parker was responsible for writing, reviewing, and dispersing educational grants. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BA in Social Work from Boise State University.
