Corinne E. Barker is an experienced environmental specialist currently serving as an Environmental Specialist 3 at the Military Department Washington, focusing on natural and cultural resource management for the Washington Army National Guard since March 2018. Prior to this role, Corinne worked as a Water Quality Monitoring Technician at the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, where responsibilities included extensive site sampling and data analysis. Additional experience includes internships at Monroe County Government Stormwater Services, BBP Water Corporation, Sycamore Land Trust, and the Kenneth J. Allen Law Group, encompassing GIS mapping, public outreach, and paralegal support. Corinne holds a dual-degree Master of Public Affairs and Master of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Global Communications from The American University of Paris.
