Rhianna Anderson is an experienced support worker currently employed at Milestones Trust since July 2021, providing one-on-one support to young adults and older individuals facing mental health and learning difficulties. Previously, Rhianna worked at Priory Group, focusing on adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, and undertook an internship at Birmingham City Council in community safety. Rhianna also has a background in retail, having served as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret and progressed to Cash Office Supervisor at IKEA, where responsibilities included banking and managing customer relations. Rhianna is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with honours at Birmingham City University, set to graduate in 2024.
