Ashish Shahare is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking, financial services, healthcare, and insurance sectors. Currently serving as VP and General Manager for Europe at Milestone Technologies, Inc. since June 2023, Ashish previously held key positions including Portfolio Lead at Hexaware Technologies, where leadership focused on account management teams in the UK. Ashish has also contributed significantly as Senior Director at NTT DATA Services, leading client partnerships in EMEA, and as Director at Dell, where strategic growth initiatives were implemented for the financial services business unit. Early career achievements include roles at Perot Systems and HCL, where business development and managed IT services contracts were pivotal. Ashish holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BE in Computer Engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
