Ian Struckman has extensive experience in quantity surveying and commercial management, beginning career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Hampshire County Council from August 1990 to August 1998. Ian held multiple quantity surveying roles at OTV | Veolia Water Technologies, Dyer & Butler, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services, and EnterpriseMouchel, progressing to Senior Quantity Surveyor at Amey from January 2010 to May 2017. Ian advanced to Commercial Manager at Balfour Beatty Living Places until May 2018, and subsequently served as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Skanska until May 2021. Currently, Ian is the Managing Quantity Surveyor at Milestone Infrastructure since May 2021.
