Susan Mulloy is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a robust background in sales enablement and instructional design. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Milestone Environmental Services, Susan has previously held significant roles such as Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Celigo and Training and Instructional Design at Universal Plant Services. Over the years, Susan has demonstrated expertise in creating training programs, assessing skill gaps, and implementing change management strategies across various organizations, including HP and NRG Energy.
