Rob Hamm is an experienced health, safety, and environmental management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the National HSE Manager at Milestone Environmental Contracting Inc. since April 2024, Rob previously held the position of HSE Manager for North America at Ausenco from June 2022 to November 2023. A significant portion of Rob's career was spent at Hemmera, where responsibilities included the implementation and management of the Health and Safety Management system, achieving Certificates of Recognition for operations in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as serving as a Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes various project management roles at Conor Pacific Environmental Technologies, Bovar Environmental, and Zenon Environmental Labs, alongside early positions as an Air Quality Technologist at the BC Ministry of Environment. Rob’s educational background includes studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1986.
