Nikulas Dworek is a dedicated professional with experience in leadership, project management, and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as a Project Mentor for the Denver Land Conservation at Mile High Youth Corps, Nikulas provides guidance to teams, fosters partnerships, and oversees land conservation projects. Nikulas has also led energy and water assessments to promote sustainability in low-income neighborhoods. As the founder of Ceilidh Restaurant, Nikulas established a student food co-op, managing staff and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior roles at Macdonald Campus Students' Society involved strategic planning for inclusive events and representing student interests on committees, while serving as an Undergraduate Governor and Senator at McGill University showcased expertise in governance and policy development. Academically, Nikulas is pursuing an MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a prior BSc in Environmental Science from McGill University.
