Jarret Raab is a seasoned litigator currently serving as a Partner at Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman since 2022, specializing in high-stakes lawsuits involving financial institutions and corporations accused of fraudulent and anticompetitive practices. Prior to this role, Jarret held the position of Partner at Williams, Bax & Saltzman, P.C. from 2018 to 2022, providing legal counsel focused on business litigation and "business divorces." Jarret's earlier experience includes being a Member at Shaw Fishman Glantz & Towbin LLC from 2007 to 2018, where the focus was on complex commercial disputes and consumer fraud, as well as serving as an Attorney at Fields Howell LLP from 2004 to 2007 handling mass tort and pharmaceutical litigation. Jarret holds a JD from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a BBA in Risk Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
