Ireneusz Dyrda serves as the Plant Director at Milarex since March 2016, overseeing operations in a rapidly expanding international seafood company focused on sustainable salmon products. Previously, Ireneusz held the position of Production Manager at Premium Seafood from December 2014 to March 2016 and worked at Morpol ASA between 2008 and 2014 in roles including Foreman, Supply Coordinator, and Production Coordinator. Additionally, Ireneusz gained leadership experience as a Team Leader at AB World Foods Ltd from 2007 to 2008 and as a Foreman at Marine Harvest Group from 2005 to 2007. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from WSB Schools of Banking in Poland (2020-2022) and further studies at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań (2016-2017) and Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu.
