Anders Tofte Wilhelmsen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within marketing and sustainability. Anders is currently the Head of Sustainability and Marketing at Milarex, a global seafood company that specializes in safe and sustainable salmon products. Prior to this, they served as the Group Marketing Director (Global CMO) at Cermaq Group AS and held marketing positions at Mondelēz International and Jotun. Anders also has experience serving on the boards of Elect - Connecting Brands with Agencies and ANFO Annonsørforeningen. Additionally, Anders has worked in brand management at The Kraft Heinz Company and Dale of Norway.
Anders Tofte Wilhelmsen began their education journey in 1992 at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they focused on economics. Anders continued their studies at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1993 to 1997, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in marketing.
