Valentina Masi currently serves as the President of the Commissione Giustizia Civile presso l'Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano and as a Consigliere at the Ordine Avvocati Milano, both positions held since February 2023. Valentina Masi has been with Legance – Avvocati Associati since October 2011, holding the title of General Counsel while also practicing as Counsel and a Litigation and Arbitration Lawyer. Prior experience includes roles as a Litigation and Arbitration Lawyer at Studio Legale Tosetto, Weigmann e Associati from 2009 to 2011, and at Studio Legale Vita Samory Fabbrini e Associati from 2005 to 2008, as well as at Trifirò & Partners Avvocati from 2003 to 2005. The early career included a position as a trainee lawyer at Studio Legale Giovanardi Fattori from 1999 to 2002. Valentina Masi obtained a degree in Giurisprudenza from the Università degli Studi di Milano, completing studies from 1995 to 1999.
