Gustavo Toral is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and public service. Currently part of the National Outreach Team at Mil Mujeres Legal Services since February 2020, Gustavo has also served as an instructor at Ecualeader GTE Training since March 2013, focusing on human development and various training topics aimed at the Ecuadorian public sector. As the owner of Ecualeader since March 2013, Gustavo has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while previously working as an instructor for the Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social from July 2010 to December 2012. Gustavo holds degrees in Commercial Engineering and Public Administration from Universidad Central del Ecuador, completed between 2011 and 2015.
