Andrey Ovsyannikov has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of the Financial Modelling & IR department at Metalloinvest since April 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing financial modeling, managing investor relations, and handling Eurobond issuance. Earlier positions at Metalloinvest included Head of Long-term Planning and Head of Strategic Planning, focusing on financial valuations, M&A analysis, and long-term development programs. Prior to Metalloinvest, Andrey worked as a Leading Engineer at Gipromez, specializing in project documentation for steel production facilities. Andrey holds a Specialist degree in Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
