Randy Allen has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Mikart, LLC since April 2019. Previously, Randy held various managerial roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Manager for the API Manufacturing Department, and served as a Production Supervisor at Patheon. Randy's career began in engineering at Takata as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, with additional supervisory experience at companies such as Covidien, Hospira, and Rexam Beverage Can. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.
