Alexander Kolby has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and management roles. Alexander began their career as a Web Editor at Copenhagen City Archives, where they handled web-related tasks including coding, graphic design, and content editing. Alexander then founded Blastbeast.dk, a successful music blog and social media platform. Alexander later worked as a Communications intern at The Color Run before becoming the Social Media Manager at The Color run danmark. Alexander joined PL & Partners as a Facebook Marketing Specialist and later progressed to become a Senior Paid Social Specialist. Alexander then joined Veepee Nordics as a Marketing Manager before transitioning to Veepee as the Head of Performance Marketing & Paid Media for Northern Europe. Alexander further advanced their career at PL & Partners A/S, where they held various positions, including Head Of Paid Social and Head Of Product. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital Marketing at Miinto and as the Head of Performance Marketing at GRØD. Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, team management, and maximizing overall profitability.

Alexander Kolby attended Københavns Erhvervsakademi from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in e-Concept Development with a focus on E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce. Prior to that, they studied at Københavns Erhvervsakademi from 2010 to 2012, completing a degree in Multimediedesign with a specialization in Digital Æstetik. Additionally, Alexander attended Niels Brock from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a degree in Handelsskole with a concentration in e-Brock.

In terms of additional certifications, Alexander completed a 12-Week Growth Hacking Immersive at Growth Tribe in April 2021. In May 2018, they acquired the Facebook Advertising Core Competencies certification from Facebook.
