Puneet Tandon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles in prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Mihup since October 2024, Puneet has held several senior positions, including Senior Director and Director of Engineering at Observe.AI from April 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes engineering management roles at Swiggy, Ola, and Morgan Stanley, where Puneet significantly contributed to team development and project management. As Co-Founder and CEO of SISDON Infosolutions Private Limited from October 2010 to May 2013, Puneet gained valuable insights into organizational dynamics. Puneet holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
