Renee Niemi is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Mighty Capital since 2020 and as Resident Chief Product Officer at Products That Count since 2021. In 2022, Renee took on the role of Organizational Consultant and Coach at BOxD | Better Organizations by Design and also became a Board Observer at Countable. Additionally, Renee has been a Member of the Board of Directors for ON from 2021 to 2024 and for VIA Global Health from 2019 to 2022. As an Adjunct Professor of Product Management at Columbia Business School and an Advisory Board Member for the University of California Observatory, Renee contributes to both education and organizational strategy. Earlier experience includes chairing the Board of Directors for Scientific Adventures for Girls from 2019 to 2021 and serving on the Board for Wonder Workshop from 2018 to 2019. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and has completed Executive Education in General Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
