His expertise has been in software and construction technology in affordable housing. He developed a Public Private Partnership with the United Nations and World Health Organization, where his solutions improved health in more than 7 African countries. This brought him to speak at the United Nations General Assembly in NYC and Africa.. At a construction technology company, he helped bring a housing system consisting of lightweight modular formwork and a Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) machine to market. He led the market entries and deals that led to training developers and contractors for executing the first ever ā€œgreen certifiedā€ housing projects in Nigeria, Ghana, and Panama consisting of ~500 homes.
