Frank Kim is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in the field. Since 2015, Kim has served as a Fellow and Curriculum Director at SANS Institute, where contributions include founding the cloud security and CISO cybersecurity leadership curricula, transforming the information risk program, and driving product and revenue growth. As a Venture Advisor at YL Ventures, Kim supports cybersecurity entrepreneurs from seed to scale, leveraging a powerful network of industry leaders. In addition to current advisory and investment roles at several innovative security companies, including Miggo Security and Valence Security, Kim also holds the position of CISO-in-Residence at Miggo Security. Educational credentials include degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Haas School of Business.
