Katherine Broadhurst FCA LLB serves as the Corporate Finance Partner at Azets, where responsibilities include leading the service line for South Wales and the South West, as well as overseeing a specialist Corporate Finance team across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Broomfield & Alexander Ltd, where achievements included contributing to the firm being recognized as the most active Corporate Finance advisory team in Wales. Katherine's career also includes roles at MHA – National Association and Finance Wales, as well as legal experience as a paralegal at Bevan Ashford Solicitors. Educational qualifications encompass an ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management and a 2:1 degree in Law & German from Cardiff University, along with studies in International Law at the University of Bern.
