Borja Mestre has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Borja is currently working as the Academic Director at Talento y Deporte since October 2021. Previously, they co-founded MiFood Robot in 2020. Borja also contributed as a writer to Sustainable Publications at ÁGORA in 2019. Borja founded Balue.me in 2020, where they emphasized the importance of pursuing utopia as a way of life. In 2020, they were a Scholarship Holder at IBS - International Business School Americas and a Young Civic Leaders - Scholarship Holder at Fundación Tatiana. Borja served as a Project Manager at Gualoga from 2018 to 2019, where they built strong relationships with international clients and ensured timely completion of projects. Borja worked as a Regional Business Development professional at Challenger Sports from 2016 to 2017, where they played a role in developing an Elite Enriching Educational Program. Borja also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Talento y Deporte from 2014 to 2017, focusing on providing academic opportunities to student athletes in the United States. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Odd Republic from 2016 to 2017, where they identified clients and conducted market research.

Borja Mestre completed their education from 2011 to 2015 at Missouri Valley College. During this time, they pursued multiple degrees including Economics, Marketing, and Business Management, with respective fields of study being Economía, Marketing, and Administración y gestión de empresas, general.

In addition to their degrees, Borja Mestre obtained several certifications. In June 2021, they completed the "Digitaliza paso a paso tu negocio con Youtube & Google My Business" certification from Google Actívate. In January 2021, they obtained the "IELTS / CEFR - C2" certification from the British Council. Furthermore, in May 2018, they completed the "Curso Básico Marketing Digital" certification and the "Formación Emprendimiento" certification, both from Google Actívate.
