Josef Jelínek is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and channel development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Miele in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since April 2022, Josef leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market share and profitability in the Eastern European cluster. Prior to this role, Josef held multiple senior positions at adidas from 2007 to 2022, including Senior Director of Sales for Key Accounts, where responsibilities encompassed driving profitable growth and brand positioning across a seven-country region. Josef’s career began at Coca-Cola HBC and Danone, developing comprehensive expertise in key account management and sales operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Prague University of Economics and Business and a background in tourism and general economics.
