Tim Heth has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Tim is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at MidWestOne Bank since May 2022. Continuing their education, Tim attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2011, where they completed an Executive Education Program for 30 days. This program provided him with a comprehensive understanding of Business Administration and Management.
