Madeline Sadler, MBA, serves as Vice President and SBA Department Manager at MidWestOne Bank since October 2021, overseeing the Small Business Administration loan portfolio and driving business development efforts. As a Board Member of Sherburne County Area United Way since July 2019, Madeline contributes to the organization's mission. Previous roles include SBA Loan Manager at The Bank of Elk River and Financial Loan Manager at Abōva, Inc., where Madeline developed a for-profit lending program. With extensive experience in SBA lending and compliance, Madeline has held various positions, including SBA Lending Manager and Credit Analyst at Northeast Bank, and Assistant Vice President at MidCountry Bank.
