Mirit Hadar is an experienced organizational psychologist currently working with the Israel Defense Forces since 2022, following a previous role in the IDF from 2016 to 2018 where responsibilities included statistical research and the development of officer selection tools. Mirit also serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Midrag- Service Rating LTD since January 2020. Prior experience includes functioning as an occupational psychologist at Keinan Sheffy, managing candidate assessments and providing professional evaluations, as well as working as a computer systems assimilator at One1 Oracle + NetSuite Israel, where Mirit taught advanced applications to ministry employees. Mirit holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Occupational Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and completed a boot camp in Embedded Software Development at InfinityLabs R&D in 2019.
